My God! I don't even want to know how many Arch-viles there are in that level. One time I pissed my pants a little because an Arch-vile appeared from behind the wall and killed me. Worst of all, I had the music turned off!

I think there are 18 arch-viles on ultra-violence.

try plutonia 2 lvl 11..... the only good thing is that the map is HUGE, so you can easily pick off the archviles... 64-84 of them, 1 by 1

That flame means they're aiming.

The fireball itself, once released, is super fast and invisible, it also causes very high damage (as you can see in part 1).

wtf is that flame thing they do but it doesnt hurt u? when they spread ther arms and flames appear but u dont get hurt unless they throw a firball at u
