@MogrooT2 Deadlifts are the ugliest, most basic exercises ever that when done correctly, will give you the most results, apart from doing full back squats. Deadlifts are a compound exercise, it works on the entire body but primarily the lower back. When done correctly, it should also work the shoulders, upper back, core, entire legs and forearms.

I squat barefooted too. I deadlift barefooted too.

@MogrooT2 Deadlifts are a compound back exercise. It is one of the best moves to do if you are wanting to gain muscle mass. It helps with strength and power allot. The parts of your body that are being targeted is back,core and a bit of legs.
