Jeannie Cho Lee Master of Wine talks about pairing Asian food and wine at the Korean launch of her book, Asian Palate.

She starts by quoting Hugh Johnson on pairing wine with Chinese food. She talks about respecting the terroir of flavors in Asia. She says pairing Asian food is a dialogue and journey that we need to have now. Jeannie Cho Lee emphasizes how culture is important when considering pairing. There is enormous diversity and range in Korean cuisine says Jeannie.

During the speech she switches between Korean and English. She talks in first in English then repeats her statements in Korean.
