The update deleted my contacts and I can't get them back. Plus the search doesn't work. Nothing works now.

Select 'Account and Password', then 'Contact list,' if none of the solutions provided fix your problem you can click on 'Continue support request' at the bottom of the page and proceed with your preferred form of contact.
