What I luv about the edits and music is I can see a whole movie with a truly Emotional feeling and not have to watch the whole film...however...it reminds yo need to see it again...when you have some time...:)

I never have seen this movie, but will get it on DVD if possible, along with Operation Daybreak which I have never cried so much in watching this last night, just love Timothy Bottoms ! it was so sad to hear that Timothy`s brother Sam died of brain cancer R.I.P Sam... Just to add I liked the song that was playing....

I suspect you have never actually seen the film. There is a least one Hank Williams song, sung by him, in the original sound track. A film about this time and place would have been wrong without it.

The so called "music" sound track that was slobbered onto these clips totally misunderstands the film, its sensibilities, its setting, its time and its structure. Shame on you.

Great tribute to a great movie! I'm so glad you didn't use a Hank Williams song, which would have been the more obvious choice. The song you used lends a completely different atmosphere than the country music used in the movie, but I think it works really well and makes your video a totally unique creation, rather than a glorified trailer. Well done, and thanks for sharing!
