continued - Get fresh onions and salsa from them. Also when ordering and they bring your food ask for some garlic (not garlic sauce /w yuca, just garlic). They have it prepared in little containers. I prefer at least two of them.
Put your white rice on the place. Now distribute the onions on top. Now pour the salsa over. Pour the garlic in the little black bean container and stir well. Now pour that over the entire thing. Top it off with the curry mustard and it's the best flavor...

The curry mustard sauce is amazing... It has no carbohydrates and no sodium so you can douse your food in it for flavor and not have to feel guilty afterwards. Here is a little tip. Their beans taste straight out of a can and they seldom season them.

I experienced Pollo Tropical in the Palm Beach area in September of 2004. I live in Chicago and have not found anything like it here, I miss it so much. Wonderful chicken and the curry mustard sauce = heaven~
