Oh god no, American schools are incredibly behind those of Japan and India. They aren't being brought up that way just to achieve mediocrity. They are brought up that way to come up over the mediocre masses and to achieve.

The only problem you have there is that you forgot the fact that he said it was to control the BLACKS, not whites or anyone else it can infect. That's what makes him a racist, and if you're seriously that blind you should reconsider learning with the other side of your brain; you know, the one that European Americans use.

That's because he's being raised in a culture, which makes him blind to the fact that the folks in the bowels of the slave ship and in chains pray to a different God than he does and like the certain rich man in Luke 16 who couldn't see Lazarus to save his soul.

But let's go on academic reports. Want to bring up Indian and Chinese? Generation Y children with those backgrounds are being brought up to over achieve academically just to achieve Western mediocrity. Take a look at the teen suicide rate in Japan. Now compare their youth's academic results to Western Europe's and they're still BEHIND. I think it's wonderful that Southeast Asia and the Submiddle East try hard. At least they aren't genociding themselves or relying on geopolitical welfare.

You must be submerged in some homogenous community out of touch with the rest of the world. Obviously you haven't applied or enrolled in one of the 35 most competitive colleges/universities in this country or you wouldn't even make such an ignorant comment.
