Looks delicious, Connie. What section of the grocery store do you find the canned cheese sauce? What is the gadget called that you used to puree the brocolli and do you use it for your shakes too?

@MrsSkinnyBritches2B Well i found the cheese in the mexican section in wal mart and the Gadget is called a hand blender you can find it also at wal mart and yes you can use this hand blender for your shakes take care love connie :0)

@AmalCPhT No i didn't even think of looking things up not sure Sorry but you can make it as healthy as you want and i liked it with the chicken broth it was so yummy and my sister said the reason not to add water is because to keep us full longer and yes it sounds good over grilled chicken mmmm take care love connie

That looks so nummy but I just couldn't have it on my ultra low carb plan right now....I will have to file it away for maintenance! Maybe if I stirred in some scoops of unflavored protein powder. Do you have the same requirement of lots of protein grams? Do you log your food online? Questions question!
