Rant: Stop Body Shape Hate

This is my 5 minute rant about how people keep encouraging a hate on different body shapes. It needs to stop, and it's making me rather sad to realize how mean people can me. The big thing I also realized is not many people don't even know they are doing it.

Please excuse the mild cursing, and slight rambling.

Ive struggled with my body shape for so long. Even when Im 'skinny' my hips are too wide, waist is too small, & boobs are too big so I feel completely out of proportion. I find that with the 'standards' we are supposed to live up to weight wise, clothing manufacturers really only cater to thin, lengthy women which leaves most clothes looking ridiculous on me. Ive struggled with weight problems & have never felt comfortable in my own skin. Mostly from societys standards!

I feel you girl girl! Btw you should look into the Levi's Curveid jeans! I have the "bold curve" and now jeans fit so much better! You can measure yourself at home to get the right fit (on the website it gives more info) and then try some one...where ever the closest Levi's is (I know there's a Levi outlet in Pismo). The bold do run a little small in size but I feel so much more comfortable with clothes that fit!

People need to get past the exterior image v_v, hair, no hair, acne, no acne, fat, no fat, skin colour, hair colour, eye colour and all the rest. personality is much more important, people need to realise that.

Thanks for your comment! I can understand each person's preference on what they are attracted to. I think what's important is how you realize your opinion isn't the same as others and tearing other's down with different looks is not okay. Good to hear others that agree.

to be honest, i preffer you're body shape. but they're skinny girls that i find pretty & i like. But I'm the sort of man that likes seeing shape on a woman's body e.g. Demi Levato, Amber Rose, Kim Kardashian, but what i find attractive is a personal preference & I think it's unfair to call anyone otherwise, ugly because it's kinda pathetic to do that, based on just you're opinion alone..good post :)
