Sponsor: http://FreeKeene.com - Trooper tells me silence is forbidden during traffic stop. I record and broadcast the encounter live. That part is at http://qik.com/video/1148848

This is tape of what happened *next,* after I spent a few minutes refusing to answer her questions. It was shot at 101 and 202 in Peterborough, New Hampshire. This video was shot 3/1/09 and first uploaded 3/6:

  • It seem to me you want to ask if that section of the road posted correct speed according to state law? Read the state traffic code that spell out the speed for that location (state road, city county gravel) type of road. If it dose not make a motion to the judge to verify the legality of the speed at that location. Some times there is a reason for speed to very. There is procedures that must be followed and documented according to law. Some times it does not happen.

  • you have the right to remain silent when under arrest. answering questions during an investigation is what officers use for probable cause.

the two things that are the best to say to a cop when pulled over or taken out of a car is. 1) i do not consent to a search 2) am i free to leave

everything varies state to state. and alot is determined by the plain view doctrine when it comes to getting pulled over and u have something in ur car

  • Yeah an alternate reality of freedom, liberty, justice and laws that make sense and target only those hurting other peoples person or property. I agree it seems a bit like the twilight zone compared to our current NAZI government.

  • Have you watched Rob Menard's videos? He makes a very good case for standing up for your rights against the revenue collection officers, especially if no one has been harmed and no common law has been broken. I think that if you are a careful driver and not endangering anyone, then they should take their tickets and stuff them where the sun don't shine.

  • You do have to provide proof you are a licensed and registered driver. If not, it just makes more headaches for the driver.

  • Actually beebo02, you don't have to provide anything if you don't STAND UNDER their jurisdiction. Watch Rob Menard's videos about the Freeman Movement to see why you should never pay fines, taxes or buy licences ever again.

  • You are right this time BedsnHerts, in order to avoid any entaglement with the Revenue Collection Officers, he should have refused to contract with them, only asked questions, not given any details, agreed to nothing and understood nothing. If you do these things then they cannot create joinder with your legal fiction, the only entity that stautes can operate against and therefore he would have been free to go, without even getting a worthless ticket.

  • What gives "you" the right to determine what is an appropriate speed? Aren't there people whoose job it is to do that. All a person has to do, to avoid paying money to Govt is drive the speed limit.
