Instead of integrating cultural experiences on campus, many times organizations that promote ones ethnicity may cause underlying senses of racism and segregation. 4 involved members in the University of Virginia community were chosen to give their input regarding campus diversity in organizations and clubs. From their perspectives, students will be able to understand different points of views on how to define, address, and help integrate cultural organizations. The aim is to answer this question: What can people to do change these issues?
