  • Those wernt libertys. What they did first was an extention. The Comming down was a prep.

  • i'm just saying its not that hard to full from an extension...its actually quitre easy. if the bases can;t do it then they should try double dipping to get more power.

  • well my middle school team did do that at the pep rally extensions to full down

  • thats true..a jv team should be able to do that! my middle school team could easily do that!!

  • ehh not really...you're not really even supposed to use your arms anyways, you get more power from using your legs. still there isn't that much of a difference, if a jv team can;t do that then that's not my fault.

  • well with extensions there isnt as much of a pop, with extensions you can only use your legs to throw. with preps you can throw higher becuz ur using ur legs AND arms. so if u throw from a prep it's easier becuz they go higher in the air.

  • why cant they just full down from an extension....not that much of a difference.
