wow, that is pretty tough, kneeling and sitting on your heels, whilst the toes are tucked in !
would it be possible for you to demonstrate the more advanced position? That is, whilst kneeling and
sitting on the heels, to inch back with both hands, until you are able to support your self, leaning back, on
your hands. Even more extreme is the position, leaning back and supporting yourself on your elbows.
Toes stay tucked throughout.

This is great Lindsay! I like to start my 'Balance Flow' class theme with a similar foot massage with my students. I think I'll add the toe stretch next time, too. Thank you.

can you demonstrate the more advanced toe stretch pose. When you are sitting
on your heels with toes tucked, you reach back with your arms, so that you are almost lying on your heels, supporting the body with your elbows.
