The Bird Form is wing chun. No?

we must preserve the ancient cultures of the planet.

@hirruken Yeah, after doing some research of different kung fu styles, including my favourite (due to a comic book...) mantis style, I discovered Hakka Southern Mantis!!! So proud of being a 2nd generation Hakka in Peninsular Malaysia... I think you can look for trainers at Southern Mantis Co Uk...

Hakka is so different in every style, it's hard to imagine that they are related....

I have seen the clip a couple of years ago. One of the most impressive southern clips I have seen on or off the web.
-
Much like the pai mei style or also called pak mei or bak mei. meaning white eyebrow.
-
steps are like wing chun, as the Leung Ting book says! llol
it says: "Wing Chun comes from fukien that comes from a Hakka style"

jiujitsuboy..you can definetly notice a difference, as for the self defence it is harder and take a longer to achieve destructive power however when you it is mind blowing my friends still struggle to believe
I'm so surprised you have just insulted the following people:
Deng Xiaoping
Sun Yat-sen
Lee Kuan Yew
In Case you don't know... they are Hakka. And if you don't know who they are... you are not even fit to make any comments here. BTW, such comments should be remove from here.
And keep insult to yourself. Respect other people's culture and languages.

Thanks to this video, I've just found out that Hakka people have made their own martial arts style and are a fundamental part of the history of Southern Praying Mantis. I'm so proud to be hakka, now, I must find a practictioner hehe
