Beavercreek is a city in Greene County, Ohio, United States, and a suburb of Dayton.
I am traveling through the Knollwood area. I will also take the time to go through the Research Park. A commercial and industrial district in the outskirts of Dayton.
Beavercreek includes the areas known as Knollwood, Zimmermanville, New Germany, Apple Valley, Spicer, Indian Ripple, Big Beaver Valley, Research Park and the village of Alpha. The township includes the area known as Trebein. The city boasts two golf courses, Beavercreek Golf Club and The Country Club of the North. Many Beavercreek residents work on the nearby Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The Mall at Fairfield Commons and The Greene are two malls in the city. In terms of number of residents in an incorporated area, Beavercreek is third in the region behind Dayton and Kettering. In 2007, Beavercreek ranked 84th in Money Magazine's Top 100 places to live.

Thanks for viewing.
FAQ- The reason why I call this a Tour of Poor Dayton is because of the area's declining population, jobs, boarded homes, business closings and economic turmoil in Montgomery, Miami and Greene Counties. And most likely Ohio in general. I have a reason for the title. If you have concerns, send me a message.
So that will put to rest any questions of why I titled the videos!
