@dabodyrobinson even without legalization, that is still pretty much the case today. the sad and scary thing is, that kid Tim and Marion had, will be super fast. You can see the phenomena with some of today's white athletes, where their parents were both athletic, the kid turns out to be a super athlete. Eg. Ivet Lalova, despite her good looks, both her parents were mediocre sprinters. She comes onto the scene and has a PR better than her FATHER! Karolina Kluft from sweden is another example

ever since big big money became apart of track and field everyone feels the need to cheat. legalize the shit and let who wants to use it use it, and in the long run suffer the consiquences for being hoggish and greedy.
