This video shows how to put a silver cuff bracelet on your wrist (without scratching your skin or drawing blood). The idea is to NOT bend the bracelet everytime you take it on or off. When you DO bend it in this way, a weak spot in the silver will usually appear which can cause the bracelet to break. If the "fixed-size" needs to be larger, open the cuff up carefully near the open ends and adjust the size. Adjusting it once should be okay as long as you're not affecting any stone settings.
