  • Very good, To Hon Cheung's Lin Wan Kuen has shown Choy Lay Fut's three Chap Chui, a very useful attack movements.

  • @leungmanclf Yes!

  • Thanks for the complements everyone. The credit should go to my Sifu, Sam Ng

  • I really like the beginning. Is it common to have the palm movements at the beginning for your system?

  • Yes the palm techniques are common. This is pretty much the standard opening sequence for most of our forms.

  • you have the correct timing that most do not.

  • I like this set. Nice clean movements and excellent presentation.

  • Holy Hell!!! Can I just say that I. AM. A. FAN. I mean Good God. This is like a freaking hypnotizing pop-n-lock routine that can kill you! From the first moments when upon hearing music that harkens back to the glory days of Dave Chappelle's 2004, I was tantalized in a very primal way. Keep it up Gentleman. I approve.
