Its actually 12:17 - third column is 1+2+4=7.

Its made by a local (to me) company Anelace, based in Redwood City, CA. I got it at Micro Center in Santa Clara, CA.

I will teach you this over the internet ;) it goes like this: #8#8#8 #44444 222222 111111 Every LED shows you a number. # - this is a empty space (it could be a LED here but it wouldn't been used - so it's not installed). When there are 3 LEDs "ON" like in 4th column there is 1+2+3=7. example: (0:00s) #___OFF___ #__OFF__ #__OFF #___OFF__OFF__4___OFF__4 OFF__2___OFF__2___OFF__2 1___OFF___1___1___OFF__OFF 12:17:06 ;)
