Had a great and very intense chest workout today.

After my 5*5 bench press i did my favourite chest exercise, Giroinda Dips. It is the best exercise to achieve the 3D Chest effect, It's important that you do it right, so start with no addiotnal weight.

Also note: Girondas original idea was to perform the dips with reversed wrists. I DO NOT recommend this technique, so do it with the usual grip

    Eine frage habe ich: steht bei TP und dein EP auch bei andro?

Ja, mein EP und TP habe ich schon ettliche Male auf Andro gepostet, ist aber halt immer wieder abgeändert worden und damit auch in meinem Thread untergegangen. Du findest aber Infos über meine Ernährung und einen detailerten TP Beschrieb auf natural100.de ;-) Gruss Mischa

  • What are you listening to, as you crank out the grim-reaper dips? ;) I'll put anything on my ipod - if i can end up with the same triceps as the Polska!

  • @mousch66 If you dont have your hands the right way then its not a Gironda dip. Vince would have killed you in his gym back in the day if he saw you doing those and claimed they were his dip method.

  • are those weights hanging from the belt around your waist? where can i get a belt like that?

    and also it looks to me like this workout is hitting your upper back, delts, triceps and chest. gotta try this one.

  • Those aren't Gironda dips... Gironda dips have your fingers facing towards your body (internally rotated) forcing your elbows out. You're also supposed to have your knees raised in front of you with a slight arch in your back and chin on your chest.
