Means you were IP banned. Can't even get onto the website. I suggest changing your IP

I had that problem aswell, actually i still do. I think i know the problem. I kept making accounts and putting alot of "fucks" in my profie and it kept saying content deleted. Then when was about to make another account it said that i was forbidden. anyways, thanks for the video

@Diamondstandard2234 i was able to fix it, for some reason in about 2 weeks ROBLOX let me back on.

@Diamondstandard2234 Hey, sorry for the late-ish reply. My laptop has been in repair. I didn't actually find anything on any sites or anything. But, I think I messaged someone about this problem so I will send it to you, lemme just find it for you and I hope it helps you.

@mexicanzSUCK22 You shouldn't need to. Once you have inserted a Proxy - Server then you shouldn't need to restart it. However, you might need to close you Internet/Google Chrome/Firefox or what ever you have open. If that doesn't work then I really have no idea what is wrong with it. I just done this, once my laptop is fixed, yes it's broke, I might upload a video of how to fix and I'll send a privtate video to you, I can't promise you anything though. Sorry.

@mexicanzSUCK22 I managed to fix mine. What you need to do is go into your LAN Settings which is in options then Connections. You need to un-tick the proxy setting. If it isn't ticked then I don't know. If none of that works, e-mail customer help:
