The Penn State climate professor who has silently endured investigations, hostile questioning, legislative probes and attacks by colleagues has finally spoken out. He says he'll sue the makers of a satirical video that's a hit on You Tube.
@LoryLandskipper That's a future I can live with. However, it will never happen as long as we have the current elites in power in Washington. If the government intervenes at all, it should only be to provide tax credits to individuals for using alternative energy. In the meantime, it is very expensive and not really very efficient in its current form. I have faith that with time, it will be more efficient. But in the meantime we shouldn't kill off what we have.
Real science, you mean the science you deem as real versus the science you don't like so you dismiss.
The funny thing is, whatever predictions about ice ages have been made, have been made because of what we observe in the past from orbital changes. Imagine for a moment we are supposed to be cooling, but instead we're warming. Oh, better ignore that last part, you don't like it so it's bad science lmfao.
How about a future where government takes zero taxes from alternative fuel companies, where energy efficiency is a marketable product saving corporations millions each month, where your energy bill and cost of gas GO DOWN as demand goes down and supply goes up.
Al Gore wants to use government intervention to "fix" this, but that will make it worse.
Either way, being against government intervention on it's own doesn't refute proven science. It's time for real solutions.
@xpatriot11 What kind of future that would be? A future with $10 a gallon gas prices, high unemployment, and lower living standards? Who do you think is lining their pockets with cap and trade? The elites- including Al Gore- that's who. What an ingenious way to make more money- buying and selling air. Yea, you go hug your tree. I'll hug my own kid.
the real concern is, what will we do if the future brings an ice age as the REAL science predicts and we don't have heat because the alarmists have stopped our only sources of achieving sufficient fuel?
I just have one question. How come, in the past few years, during Sep-March, Ihave had to use a portable heater in my bedroom?? Oh, I forgot to mention, I LIVE IN HAWAI'I!!! Global warming, my dying O'kole!! =STefan=

I love how you can still see the original video that Mann wanted to sue them over. It's great when this stuff goes viral!

Yeah, those stupid greenies are trying to give us a future
- god I hate them so much for being concerned about generations not yet born!
I'll hug my tree. You sound like you need a hug. Don't deny it.
