Real Karate.

@knucklebutty - I'm not sure how anyone can say that karate is dead and outdated. Some karate styles are perhaps less applicable in the real world today but Goju Ryu can be deadly and for that reason alone it stays true to its roots. I never understand this comparison between karate and MMA. There is no comparison between the two and I know which one is better applied in real world situations.

@knucklebutty i still feel traditional karate is a deadly martial art, mma muay thai can be adde to the training, for a feel of actual combat, thing is there are moves in goju you cant use unless you wanna maim or kill the guy.

yea i was with the IOGKF for over 20yrs, then logically moved onto muay thai,boxing,and later MMA, it was hard training back then but in reality not worth a toss, get real lads karate is both dead and totally outdated,sorry if this offends but be true to both yourselfs and students.
