I finally got the flip down to what i thought was perfect, tried on cement, crashed and burned, broke both springs, can't afford new ones. shits rough.

I need some tips! Im scared the extra weight is gonna throw me off... ANY IDEAS?
-
@jimcarmar Maybe not at first, but after a day or two you should be able to walk on them, maybe not jogging or running, but you should be able to walk.
Even tho you may not have a whole lot of control of your body... yet
-
i cant even do a rolley polley, so i doubt that i could even stant up with these on.
-
@jimcarmar Yes, they are, but it all depends on what activities you've been doing before getting them.
If you -like me- Have been doing a few years of acrobatics, or have been doing snowboarding, then it would be easier than if you haven't played anything but golf.
Just an example. :p
I've had them for two weeks, and still haven't dared to do a flip, but I will, when time comes.
-
are they easy to learn how to use?
-
