  • With the lightsphere the background pops out, although looks like the light was more harsh with the lightsphere, but with some adjustment, i think it will got well.

  • i personally think the first "direct" flash looks better...the second looks like flash...bump down the shutter speed to allow more ambient on the first and you got a nice shot!

  • Finally without the cap

  • I give the man props for his work. He is making a very nice living from this. I may give one a try once I get an SB600.

But GARY, keep the hat on, or get a better wig!!!

  • this works fine for me...especially, bikini shoots outside.

  • Hmm I use it:) It works well for me. It's kinda cheap so before u start judging, just go and test it.

  • GF's LightSphere does work in certain situation.. however, in these videos, he exaggerated the potential of it.

Clearly the 2 photographs at the end of the video are shot w/ 2 different settings. (Fstop) 1st picture: Fstop is about f7.1, while the 2nd picture the Fstop is about 3.2.. therefore the ambient light is different, plus he pointed directly and the other one is bounced flash..

like I stated.. these LightSpheres do work, however it is not worth the money to buy.

  • a lot of people spent a lot of money for his empty cup-of-noodle container and yet have I actually seen one in the public.

I guess everyone uses it for their cup of coffee

  • Is he stupid, he should not use direct flash

  • Although the Lightsphere works as intended the promo videos are over the top.....for example the two shot have different ambient light level and color:note the lights turned on the back wall turned down for the first shot and fully lit on the second, obviously not the same shots taken in the video.
