probably good with a v8 or a v10. but if you want to overclock a 965, you might want to look into water cooling solutions.

@atthelord yes ,you should get the 975 i7 instead and 2 ATI HD5970 cards,right.then get the new ultra 1600 watt psu,it has a hookup to connect to a dryer/washer plug,it is SICK!!

but seriously,why in goods name would you buy a 965 i7 when you can overclock an i7 920 or 940 cpu thats less than a quarter of the price?u got money to piss away or ARE YOU FANTASIZING AGAIN and full of shit?im pretty sure that's it?

even removing a motherboard is 6 or 9 screws,right?how often are you planning on putting ram in and removing it?this cooler does kick ass,but only if you find it used,otherwise buy the megalams with 2 120mm fans,or the thermaltake extreme 120

I rekon the V10 is a very crap cooler, although it does perform well there are other cooler performs just as well and for half the price. The v10 can also snap your mobo cause it so damn beefy. I believe the best coolers on the market today are the megahalems and Thermalrights.

hi! i hope someone can answer my question about this v10. can the v10 fit if i have a asus striker II formula motherboard and a corsair DDR 2 gaming memory? I think the corsair's too large. But i still need someone's opinion or someone who have experienced it. thanks!
