@backflipboy27 It makes perfect sense; you either twist on your left or right side. I know I have coached some gymnasts who have had trouble with their twisting skills, and when ive got them to twist on their other side they have been fine. Its worked out by which way you do a roundoff, or a cartwheel; any skill where you take a half or quarter turn. That is the way you twist, if you get what I mean;)Its easier to demonstrate than explain.

@wildstring211 I know; thats really not very nice:( He must have hurt himself pretty bad there; its weird, on his first vault(the piked Dragulescu) it looks like he twists the wrong way in his half-out??
