  • I love how all of you say he was drugged out and waisted ect. This was just Elvis. he loved goofing off and joking with fans and the band. He did have bad moments later down the road, but here he is just having fun, just like he say's. he loves entertainment. Everytime he smiled or joked around, didnt mean he was strung out. Look at any of his early shows from 69 and so on. He was exactly the same way. Having fun was what he was all about......PEACE

  • @DanielHawthorne this is the show where he fell out the limo pullin up... he was fucked up... but its cool

  • wow, i cant believe these hicks actually compare elvis and michael...

  • @lizardtongue1970 It sure did affect his performances no doubt about that..

  • @Humes53 Hmmm...

Michael Jackson and Sinatra I doubt will be forgotten. Elvis I think is the best of all time and won't be forgotten, but MJ and FS are legends as well.

  • I have family who saw him in Vegas in'75 and they said he was having problems even standing up during that show. It's too bad that he was so drawn to destructive behaviors. That is not me saying this, Linda, Sonny, Red, Lamar, and others said that, not me.

  • @Fodderingham I have heard the Memphis Mafia talk about this particular tour in '74. They each have said that he barely made it through many of these shows because he was messed up. I'm not taking away from Elvis the entertainer. I am one of the biggest Elvis fans in the world, but the truth is the truth. Elvis was using heavy narcotics during this time in his life, and it affected his performances.

  • @Fodderingham I am well aware of his drug situation, but he wasnt stoned or druged 24/7. He did have a very good sence of humor, he liked to joke and make fun of himself. Sometimes it may seem like drugs and it's just Elvis being Elvis in a good playful spirit. Oh yea, I clean my ears everyday, but thanks for the hygene tips...PEACE

  • @DanielHawthorne Elvis was definately under the strong influence of narcotics during this sad concert. If you think this concert is the same as his 1969 concerts you need to have your ears checked.

  • even though he was gone in his mind his heart was still set on his fans

  • Elvis will be remembered hundreds of years from now. Long after Michael Jackson,

Tom Jones, and Frank Sinatra are forgotten!
