@Shreendg Its more like a Mumbai Police thing, this movie. When a lot of goons are politician's allies, and the justice system is so corrupt and slow, the encounter was used after the 1993 bomb blasts to clear up the streets and re establish who is boss. Against the law, against the UDHR, against morality, but it appealed to the city's common sense.

@Nikhil1256 The 303's are still used by the Indian Police, although it is a WWI gun. Check out the 26/11 footage, and they're visible at the railway station shootout. And yeah, the biggest, biggest inaccuracy was that the gang was asked to surrender repeatedly, but they didn't.

Cops suck. I don't need some cop speeding down a street but giving me a ticket for the same thing ..don't need someone carry a weapon when I can't. Don't need to be chased and beat for hanging out in my neighborhood...don't need to be choked by some dick yelling don't swallow for driving through a black neighborhood...I hate cops
