This is me hitting the heavy bag. For those of you who think I'm 13 and decent I'm not I am 16 years old and I'm pretty good. And no I am not afraid to hit the bag.

If you can post a comment like that then fucking back it up by posting a video of you doing it, because by judging by your profile your 16 so that means your wither a prodigy or a typical hard man on the internet that cant do shit. I think youse are wrong. if thats the case then you might as well shadow box like your in a real fight. the heavy bag can be used to train and prefect ur combinations. Like say 5 rounds practising then 4 rounds going all out as a real fight. The heavy bag can be used more than one thing. Just goes to show, youse are sheep and follow the herd and not do what youse think is best or actually think, full stop.
