@Konnekta I'am into Synth1 since I usually use a little netbook. This synth uses SSE instruction set. thus it manages to use little processor power (40-50 voices at the same time are no problem). but has unfortunately only 2 LFO without any delay. maybe on next updates.

@tintini747 - Seriously? Urs Heckmann makes some of the best freaking softsynths available. He basically did the work on this synth for free at the whim of the Amazona.de forum, making a synthesizer to their specification.
It's one thing to say this synth is a CPU-hog but to criticize somebody for developing and releasing something for free because it doesn't run on your underpowered netbook reeks of entitlement. Show some respect for the fact there's people cool enough to do this at all.

Anyways If you followed my step by step instructions, now launch Logic go to preferences right hand corner menus and scroll down until you see Audiounits manager and scroll down to u-he Tyrelln6 check that the plugin is ticked if not manually do this log out off logic and restart logic. Regards D

Know what I cant believe? That guys like that manage to earn their daily bread with such programming skills. Its really a shabby-made synth which sounds rather average, while excessively using cpu-power. Some presets wasn't playable in realtime monophone on my dual core netbook (asus 1215b). Shabby work. Nothing is unbelieveable on this really shitty synth.

@tintini747 hey - let me see if I can help you find something you like better. Have you tried Camel Audio's Alchemy Player. That's got a totally different vibe. Plus you can buy some nice expansion packs that are not too expensive. Have you tried any of the TAL stuff - if you like Electro maybe the TAL synth also free. If you have a few $, Dune is quite nice and I don't think too CPU heavy.. Lots of great stuff out there. Just keep on trying demos until you hit upon one that works for you

Those are the guys that made the Zebra. Right.

@xxxaccessmyvirusxxx yup, those are the guys. If you grab the Zebra 2 you get about 20 mins of use before a crazy pitch setting gets enforced and then you have to re-insert or of course love it so much you end up just buying it. I've got a Virus C and some of the sounds are really very close....tbh can't tell the difference
