In mid 2010, members of the RCC wanted DVRPC to reprioritize transportation funding away from wasteful projects. This stood in the way of Barry Seymour, Joe Hoeffel and Leo Bagley's plans for tolling the 422 and 202 superhighways under a "Tolls-for-Trains" campaign led by DVRPC.
DVRPC used all measures possible to silence the opposition, as seen in this video. All under the guise of a more "diverse" citizens committee.
DVRPC has since shut down the RCC, and Delaware Valley residents are now relegated to a "diebold style" electronic voting system (remember the 2004 election in Ohio), so DVRPC can press on with its sprawlbuilding plans in Montgomery and Chester Counties.
