This is one of the finest versions I've heard of this often-recorded song. As I understand it, that other verse MOGGYWW refers to below wasn't added to the song until the 1960s, so it wouldn't be part of pete's traditional version. Nice job, pete!

Nah, you didn't get all the verses as i've found a lot of singers don't . You left out verses of his childhood memories etc. and "The grass is soft and my bed is free"
and walking the road down to the sea....
