Wii Bricked with Black screen Will not boot Up

--UPDATE!--
Hey guys just to let you know, I was able to fix this problem by sending it to Nintendo. because of the nature of the problem they were not able to see that I had homebrew on it and they did not charge me! So i got a brand new Wii and all is well.
--Old Description--
Me trying to get my Wii to boot up. Usually it boots up about half a second after the DVD drive stops making that noise. I tried to get into preloader by holding reset and I tried to get my system menu version displayed by holding down the all the buttons on the d-pad of a Gamecube controller in player 4 during boot up.

@MadDogFooker Ok, now I can hack Mario Kart wii and no problems with the wii bricking. And I guess I wont update my wii or download a theme so my wii wont get bricked. Thanks for the help

@YoshiLikesFruit In order to play Mario Kart wii you need to install HomeBrew Channel. Not dangerous at all. Patch ios 36 not dangerous. Install cIOS 249 and 222. Not dangerous. Dl CFGUSBLOADER (I use cfg v66 222) and put on the sd. Not dangerous. Plug in a fat formated usb into the bottom usb port and start usbloader. Hit plus on the wii remote to rip the game. All not dangerous. Downgrading the system menu is dangerous as is updating it. Themes are very dangerous

can anybody telle how to fix the wii shop channel and mii channel i get a black screen on mii channel why? and on wii shop channel come asome flickering blackscreen adn dump error thumps up i have try whit new install didnt work for and i lose all the pinnwand messanges after from wii shop from reboot of the wii and of mein wii config settings version 4.3? is didnt have a region? i think this is a problem

@YoshiLikesFruit i got a half brick wii and now a can't get the settings menu, but, all just for install the blackwii theme, i recommend not try to install any theme, i use to had a full functional wii before getting themes, if you need help or wanna know what u need to play some wii games just ask me and i will tell all u need to know, i got a 4.3u system and works so good, and, who needs the setting menu anyway?
