@flexforall2 LOL well I took a deload week doing 50-70% of my max, and had tremendous games for lots of stuff
Squat went from 205x3 to 225x6
Shoulder press 45x8 to 50x12 (WTF DAT DER NOOB GAIN)
deadlift 225x6 - 255x6

By one rep range I assume you mean one concrete number, amirite? I'd say 8 reps, that's as high as I go for power work, and as low as I go for hypertrophy work.

Hi Matt, so i started going to gym to start losing fat, how much fat in weight should i roughly lose healthily a week? (i could try to lose a lot via anorexia) (joke lolz, dont wanna go down that route) thanks

@DamnImG00d honestly - the slower the better. 1 or even 1/2 pound per week maintained over a period of months and months and months, or even years... Would be awesome. It all depends how much you want to lose or think you HAVE to lose.
