Saturday 4 July 2009 - Demonstration in Front of Iran's Embassy in London

This is a clip of today's demonstration, which was held between 4-6:30 PM - ended half an hour early due to unforseen reasons.

The Green Flag signed by us all is due to be flown from the Eiffel Tower in the coming week. Furthermore an announcement was made that starting Monday 9 July 2009 a hunger strike would begin in front of the London offices of Amnesty International by all who wished to participate.

Protests are ongoing, as usual, in front of Iran's Embassy in London (16 Prince's Gate. London SW7 1PT).

Demonstrations are between 6-9PM EVERY WEEK DAY, and 4-7PM in the WEEKENDS.

love what the guy whos talking at the beggining, wearing all green shirt and green scarf, what he said at the end, about coup de etat. hey you wrote in the infomration the flag is to be flown from the eiffel tower? really? is there any other news of this? and when?

The man in the Green shirt, Ardavan, is the organiser of the daily demonstrations. He makes good speeches.

A Green Flag is being prepared in every city (so watch out for one in your area) and it is planned that all the flags will be joined together to fly from the Eiffel Tower - the exact date has yet to be finalised.

oh, ps, thanks for the info about the flags, so its in every major city? do you know anything about Madrid, Spain? and they will all be hung at the eiffel tower? WOW, that is an insane movement!!!

hey! thanks for replying =) and no worries about deleting the comment. oh ok so hes the one who organized it, awesome. :) is there a way to contact him, just to ask what kind of permits etc, or how he managed to pull all this together?because i want to do the same but unfortunatly ive had a lot of problems. im not living in a major city and i am in fact the only person on the entire island who cares and knows, so i really need some help....anyways thank you again for replying =)
