Does anyone know more about experiment like ROSENHAN EXPERIMENT? Being a psychiatrist the result of Rosenhan Experiment is a true bitter taste. This experiment is amazing. Not only does it prove something about schizophrenia, but also the most incredible discoveries appear after being admitted to the hospital. Rosenhan's group become almost a perfect experiment group in regard to real patients admitted to hospital.

Psychiatrists thought the hippies were insane because of their sexual promiscuity, psychedelic use, bisexuality, and acceptance of death that sometimes manifested itself as suicide. Most societies through history have held at least one of these traits to be virtues, and psychiatry is just as subjective as any other religion.

It is interesting that Dr. Breeding comes off as an existential psychologist, yet, he maintains his copy of the DSM, with bookmarks. I suppose he needs to understand the lies he uncovers.
