This is complete truth this is why i myself haven't been sick in more than 3 years. I fast regularly and thereby give my body needed time to detox. There is no need for my body to create the viral and bacterial infections to clear waste because it is allowed the needed time to detox on it's on. The average americans eats 2 many times a day and portions are too large and at the worst times & also inbetween meals. This keeps the body in a constant digestive mode and gives no oppurtunity to detox

Yes I'm well aware of the toxins and one of the reasons i began to look into the benefits of fasting. I'm looking for some good info on farming as i would like to become selfsufficient.....thanks for the link.

jocktheshockerrr where do you get off defending these biological weapons being used on live subjects? Blame and mistrust? Well you distort the facts that the flu shot does not provide any protection to the flu because there's no way to protect against a virus that mutates and evolves.
