That one questioner said you're good but "straighten up on the military" which meant Peter should support the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, which sadly means there may be some who will vote against Peter just b/c of foreign policy. Even though Peter's foreign policy would provide for the strongest national defense.

For the record, Mr. Schiff, the merger of government with the private sector is called fascism, not socialism. It is unfortunate that the banks get bailed out, but people continue to lose their homes. I know you are against bailouts. In fact, the banks should be held responsible for their own actions as well as the people who signed onto these adjustable rate mortgages to make a quick buck.

Unfortunately, I think that guy represents a large percentage of people. He needs a "Schiff Lightbulb Moment". Somehow, people just seem to get it after Schiff schools them on student loans and the FDIC. Like when he makes them visualize how goods things would be w/o the government i.e. empty classrooms, lower tuition, bank competition, private bank insurance. Now, that is what makes Schiff unique. No one explains it quite like him. Even liberals like him after they get "Schiffed".
