@Brutalyeah play everything to a metronome. Play slower if you can't get the pattern right. Practice the Moeller technique. Watch and read all the drum crap you can. Mix up between playing rudiments, playing to music, and just improvising ideas. I recommend listening to Gavin Harrison, Stewart Copeland, Danny Carey, Benny Greb, Buddy Rich, and any other great drummer you can find. Make every note that you play be exactly how you meant to play it. And be able to recognize your own faults.

After listening to music for so much time Sean Reinert is the first one that makes me want to learn play drums. Any experienced drummer got some beginner tips?

First off I'll need some kit ofc, but I'm afraid I can't play acoustic drums in my house... I'd like to have a teacher too but that won't be a problem in my town. Any tips?

for me as a guitarist there is nothing more epic than that moment when you are playing a complicated song with your band and you get to the section where the drummer goes crazy on the double bass.the whole drum kit shaking of intensity,air is busting out the bass drum and you are so proud for that short moment because you get the feeling that all the practicing has payed off and that your band is awesome :)

@mrbdig Here he's using Sonor Delites which are insanely good drums, and he's also a master of tuning, any drum can sound pretty good with good tuning and heads actually.
