New "Segment" - not to bite anyones style but very similar to debate & discussion on many other popular channels - this vid is an introduction to my version called "Just Talking" - and I would love to know what topic you would like to go in on first - again in no necessary order* - so comment away!
*(probably out of order than said in the vid)

Letters I and H are DONE!

a. financial crisis in America - what have you changed in your finances?

b. returning to school after 25 - should I return so late in the game?

c. "The Help" - the book, the movie and the controversy?

d. the Presidential race - who are all these crazy mofos wanting on the ballot?

e. Black, 30 and never married - have a man or wait for the right man?

f. Black online dating - where do you go online?

g. Gay boyfriends and husbands - nuff said!

h. foreclosure crisis is America - do you have a story?

i. dem natural hair girls - how to celebrate and fight the stigma at the same time?
DONE DONE AND DONE

j. sex - is it overrated? how it has always been? or better than ever?

  • I like your plan, just make sure you save just incase. That way you are covered on matter what. You could end up an owner of this property, or even another in the development. This maybe your window of opportunity. Like they say buy low, sell high.

  • i would stay, because it is the principla, but make plans, because forget neighbor the banks could eventually come to get the property. Save up enought money for new rent, moving, just plan ahead. this is has happened hear in NJ too, we are notorious of high real estate taxes, which is why most people ended up leaveing. You might have to do your next rental throught a broker, who might have information on house background before you move in. Be prepared move eventually. Hope it works out.
