  • love the colour scheme you went with. the purple turquoise and white is a real stunner and the griffon what a beast. I get real excited thinking what the new 40k starter box set will be like because the fantasy starter set is Amazing

  • @OrcPainterNerd Thanks mate. I just hope the new 40k set fits together better than the Island of Blood set did! It was gap and misalignment central. An easy build kit if you are happy with huge gaps and bits that just dont fit!.

  • the 'army painter troops' still look very presentable. the griffon looks well done all round, esp the skin and eyes. good stuff

  • @Spiralvex Thanks buddy. The infantry will be fine for home table top use, lets put it this way I don't think they will get chipped any time soon!

  • The models got better and better, saving the best for last. The work on the Griffin is awesome.

Nothing better than learning the hard way!!!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • @Haggistom Thanks, I am so definitely doing plenty of learning!

  • I like that color scheme, I like it!

  • Exceptional work on the army! Thanks for sharing about the dip. I have the same challenge with my Mantic Elves. I was thinking that the dip would not make them look right being as it is so dark and elves need to look bright. Your vid confirms it for me. The dip is more appropriate to models that don't need to look so pristine, I think. I wonder if I got a light poly stain like golden oak if that would work?

  • The Griffen came out OUTSTANDING!... But we are learn as you said.. Its your experienses that tell us "DONT dont that..." But your models did come out very nicely all in all.. Just take it with a grain of salt that it didnt turn out worse!... Some of us had.. Um.. desasters.. I can contest to that. :( Good work girl.. Thumbs up..

  • superb work look great super paint

  • superb models my friend great work:).

  • @TheChesneyChrist They are a wonderful set if you dont mind gaps or things not fitting right! I spent so many hours filling and sanding. Then things going wrong with the finishing! I will be glad to see the back of these ones!

  • @tomwilson88 Thank you very much sir.
