i am still trying to eat healthy and lose some pounds. I havent been eating terribly and i have been working out but still I am my same weght, that I was a couple months ago.. I am about to change of some excerises and meal plans to see if i notice a difference. Here are my recent photos...

  • Hey girl, I'm in your same boat, pcos will not wi at 5'3" I'm down to 182 lbs. got to 200 lbs which I never thought I'd see on my scale! Thank god Ma asked me how I got so fat over New Years! i've been losing since! ugh!anyway girl we can do this. check out apple cider vinegar -it can cut sugar spikes your blood and cinnamon 2. I'm tryna get off synthetic hormones and use some natural means.Plus diet of course.
