Honestly, I find the tuning knobs on 80s Delco radios are much easier to use than the buttons on newer radios. I can find stations quicker and more easily than with any newer radio I've used.
It is digital though. It clicks as you turn it, each click is 10Hz (or whatever the scale is).
GM had a high-end tape deck in their lineup at this time with all-pushbuttons on it. It came with my 86 Pontiac. It looks more modern but it's more annoying to use than the knob versions.

I might be buying a 1985 Celebrity, only its the Eurosport so it has more options. But I did notice it has the same radio, only its AM/FM... but i think its crazy how its a non-digital radio so you have to turn the knobs to change the station... my how technology has changed in 26 years.

@xScoobyDoo82x the Eurosport is a nice car..haha the radio..AM was great in its day..not that many good stations to listen too anymore! I loved my '87 had it for 16yrs..didn't owe me a nickel! lol

@AreWildZ28 Yeah I hope I can afford this one. It only has 57,000 miles on it, it was a little old ladies car. So its in very good shape.

@xScoobyDoo82x that sounds good with that kind of mileage! I'd look into it.. :)
