I can do it on iPad. Just use the accurate gun. When u start turn left like in the vid then shoot the van on the right. It should explode fast. Then leave the lot and use a rocket launcher to kill the van which drove in earlier. Then just use a gun with sights for the rest of it. Piece of cake
