The Brixton Guns - "Pull My Strings" (Dead Kennedys Cover)

A music video I did for my friends, The Brixton Guns, which was a final project in a montage course ... it is their first music video and my first time as director ... I should note that SO much of this was harvested with the power of the Internet and, while I created this amalgamation, it was stitched together from many sources, whom I thank very much :)

"California Über Alles" became a hit in 1979 ... its success got DK invited to the 1980 Bay Area Music Awards (or "Bammies") ... instead of playing that song, they rip into "Pull My Strings," written specifically for the occasion, as it basically lambastes the recording industry, which (surprise, surprise) DK had quite a distaste for ... what part of the vid suggests I don't understand the song?

PS - I find the mix pretty warm & even, esp for live performance (it's from a soundboard, too)

only part i dislike is the singer, he's not singing hes more talking
