They are learning about sound healings, and how to get the best sound out of the gongs. Yeah, these are Paiste gongs all right. The planetary series are really good. There are other vids on youtube, one with a sun gong.

I think it's a 'healing by gong' pow-wow... Paistes are good, but, try the Balinesian Nipple Gongs (not to be silly). They're called nipple gongs. They have long resonance and many prisms of sound.
