  • I'm pro-choice yet I know Roe V Wade should be abolished as soon as possible. The constitution wouldn't allow it and the Democrats just did it to get those pro-choice voters. And position Republicans as the party of redneck christians.

  • Stupid argument, and your information is misleading. Roe v. Wade wouldn't outlaw abortion--it would allow the federal government to defer to the authority of the states on the issue. That's the right thing to do. I am not interested in either outlawing or mandating abortion at the federal level...since sane, reasonable people can disagree on this issue, why not let them decide at a more local level?

I don't think half the pro-Roe people understand the decision.

  • this video is flawed in that right after mccain said he wouldn't have a litmus test for his judges, obama said the exact same thing! come on now! get a real argument

  • You toss labels that do not apply, and ignore the fact abortion IS regulated. The Patriot act is being challenged in court, as has wiretapping in the past.

There are no abortion mills in the US, but I have a sense that if one abortion is performed in a building that qualifies it in your book. Yet US planes dropping bombs on newborn to adult civilians is OK. Or denying healthcare to those in need so they die a little earlier is fine. Just another love the fetus hate the child hypocrite.

  • fuck you

  • i agree with McCain. good man. roe v wade is a disgrace.

  • Go McCain!

  • Nonsense. If it was really about privacy and not about the state's right under the tenth amendment to regulate medical practice, why don't we have other rulings concerning the PATRIOT Act, wiretapping, telecomm immunity and the like evaluated under the so-called 'pen-umbra' created by various amendments plus the 9th amendment? Meaning, why can we spy on private citizens, but can't regulate medical infanticide? Answer: Crypto-nazis funding abortion mills and an industry of death's lobby. Got it?

  • Who wouldn't feel sorry for Sen. Obama? To be beaten in terms of the right way to pick justices, and by an old injured veteran? So sad.
