  • I don't see what height has to do with anything, most pro bodybuilders are 5'9 or shorter and 3 of the best ever, Franco Colombu, Lee Priest and Danny Padilla are close to your height. If anything, I would think shorter limbs and a more compact body would make lifting heavy weights easier

  • Light for me? 100 lbs in each hand is a 100 lbs in each hand. Using my height as an excuse is pretty pathetic I worked hard to get to where I am and me being short is hardly and advantage when you consider the small ammount of room I have to build muscle. Talking about guys like Lee and Franco is pointless considering im not a bodybuilder and they took crazy ammounts of steroids.

  • Damn that's nice. Are you 5'4 or so? Looking solid.

  • Yep, thanks man.

  • VERY NICE. BUT IMO TOO MANY REPS. U SHOULD INCREASE THE POUNDAGE TO SAY 125 AND PERFORM AS MANY AS U CAN(AROUND 5-8 I GUESS)

  • Thanks man, I never go that high i just did that for shits to see just how many I can do. I did 120's for 6 the week after that.

  • Wow. Nice.

  • Props man!! (Y)

    That's freaking power right there!!

  • I'm 5'5 and at 135 I do 85 right now how long till you got 100 down?

  • damn jacking off does pay off lol jk

  • @Kevinstarke You may have worked hard, but the taller guy will always have to work harder to get more noticeable results. The longer something is, the more range of motion is required to move and longer muscle fibers get recruited, making the lift more challenging for longer limbs. Then there is tendon insertion into the muscle and where it is genetically inserted makes a difference in default strength functions as well.

  • thats very strong - u have insane build for a lifter i bet u bench like 350+ for reps , im a beast in dumbell usage - i did 105x17 or so thats my PR im slightly heavier than u and 5' 8 tall but u did them with ease

  • DAMN that looked easy, try like 130's maybe

  • Hello faggots, I can bench 1000 only pussies can't bench that, and I have a 13 inch dick. Just joking I hate 13 year old faggots who say that Just because They measured in Millimeters and lifted a 1000 milliliter jug.

  • @Kevinstarke im not trying to get you down but being short and having short arms is a big advantage over guys like me, who have long skinny arms. It is much easier to keep your balance on almost all exercises. I know after the workout you walk on the street and wish you would be taller but that's the way it is. I'm quite fucked being a little short at 1.80 and having long arms. Skinny complexion, dislocated shoulder about 10 times and destroyed ulnar region on the elbow.

  • @siiikadeelik well your gym is full o fags then bc everyone throws weights down at any gym i went to
