手持大棒逼人，因为惧怕而不敢不照做，这样的人是“恶魔”
动之以情，让人发自内心心甘情愿地表达，这样的人是“天使”。
能够同时做到这两样的人，是大师。卡拉扬就是这样的大师。
没有“大棒”，很难能让乐队齐整、统一；不能动之以情，乐队即便
统一却会形同僵尸，没有灵魂。而视频上柏林爱乐乐团任何一位乐师 看上去的表现和耳机里听到演奏出的乐曲，与卡拉扬的动作与神情共 同构成了统一的整体，这更是指挥对乐团多少年的训练所达到的极致 表现。
